Returns + Exchanges

 
  • Regular Policy: harmonyonline.ca merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us if you would like to request an extension. Refer to your emailed receipt for the required purchase information and order number.

    Christmas Policy: orders placed on/after November 1st will be eligible for return until January 16th. Our online 30-day return policy will still be applicable from any date of purchase.

    • Items must be returned in their original state and original packaging without any signs of damage

    • Please ensure that all jewelry items are enclosed in the plastic seals provided for protection

    • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn

    As a small business, we currently require customers to pay for return shipping costs. Outgoing parcels for exchanges will be sent free of charge by regular mail/standard shipping. If you would prefer expedited shipping for your exchange, our flat rate shipping option can be re-purchased.

    A customer service representative will provide you with a form for the return and details on how to ship returned items.

  • We provide replacements for any broken or damaged jewelry items within 3 months of purchase. We will examine the issue and provide you with a new piece if needed. Any issues beyond this time frame will be resolved on a case by case basis.

    Please contact us if you have experienced any problems with your jewelry or if an item has broken/appears to be defective.

    If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and a customer service representative will assist you.

  • Check if you are eligible for a return or exchange by viewing our policies above!

    When visiting a retail location, have your online receipt on hand so that an employee can view and record your information.

    Once you return your items in-store, an employee will contact our online support team to process the refund to your original form of payment. Refunds will not be processed onto a card in-store.

    If you would like to exchange for a different item in-store, an online refund will be processed and new items can be purchased in-store. Rings, tees, and sweaters can be directly exchanged for a different size if needed.

    To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Harmony reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

  • Refunds will not be processed until the items are received at our head office or in-store. Once the items are received, the refund will be processed by our team within 2 business days. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank statements.

    Customers will be refunded to their original form of online payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

    Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by a Harmony gift certificate will be exchanged or refunded in the form of online store credit.
