  • Orders take up to 3 business days to complete and may take longer during sales and holidays. Once completed, Harmony ships all orders as expedited parcels through Canada Post. Without any Canada Post delays, these are the expected delivery times:

    Local area surrounding Guelph: 2 business days

    Within Ontario: 2 - 5 business days

    Out of province: 4 - 7 business days

    USA: 5 - 10 business days

  • Yes! Any purchases made on/after November 1st will be eligible for return until January 16th.

  • Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. Customized pieces that have already been completed will not be eligible for cancellation.

    Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during Black Friday sales.

  • Harmony currently has four store locations in Ontario: Waterloo, Stratford, downtown Guelph, and in the Guelph Stone Road Mall.

    For updated hours, see our google listings or call ahead to the store you will be visiting.

  • If an item breaks within 3 months of purchase, we will examine the issue and provide you with a replacement if needed. Any issues or inquiries beyond this time frame are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Contact us as soon as possible if an item has broken or appears to be defective.

  • At checkout, we will ask you if any of your items are being gifted so that we can wrap them accordingly. All jewelry will come with a Wear & Care card with tips on how to properly care for our pieces.

    Any pieces that are over $80 before tax will be wrapped in a complimentary gift box. If you would like to purchase a jewelry gift box for other pieces, click here !

  • Online gift cards can be used for online purchases only. Gift cards purchased at one of our retail locations can be used in-store only.

  • We are currently not accepting custom apparel orders. Our graphic design team is focusing on designing new Harmony products and keeping our retail locations fully stocked with apparel.

    Please feel free to contact us with any questions about garment sizes or colour options for any of our current designs.

  • Some Harmony products are online exclusive or in-store exclusive, so an item you see on our social media may not be on our website. While we continue to make our social media and website easier to navigate and user-friendly, you can always send us a quick message if you are having trouble finding a certain item!

  • Yes! We often have online sales and promotions throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

    We also offer a bridal discount for 10% off eligible jewelry orders! If you are planning on ordering multiple items for your bridal party, please reach out to us before placing an order - we will confirm if you are eligible and provide you with a special code to use at checkout.
