Get in touch with us within 14 days after delivery or pick up for a full refund. After that, you’ll receive store credit. Custom items are non-refundable. Even if we love the custom gift you made for your great aunt Ruth, there aren’t too many people who would appreciate a sweater that says “RUTH-less knitter.”
Why did my custom order get canceled?
We have strict rules when it comes to what we will and won’t print on clothing or jewellery. If you feel like a mistake has been made, send an email to email@example.com , using the subject line “Canceled Order.”
